Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your country) to use the Service, consistent with Discord's Terms. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

One game account is tied to your Discord identity. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Discord login secure. You may delete your account at any time via /me/delete in the portal.

3. Virtual items and currency

The Service includes virtual items and an in-game currency ("Spirit Stones"), collectible cards, and progression. You should understand:

• They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and there is no cash-out.
• They are licensed to you for use within the Service, not owned by you, and are non-transferable for cash or anything of real-world value.
• We may modify, suspend, regrant, or remove virtual items, currency, or game mechanics — including for balancing, events, or to fix errors.

4. Randomized rewards (rolls) and odds

Some rewards are randomized. Rolling selects a rarity by these published weights:

• Common — 60%
• Uncommon — 25%
• Rare — 10%
• Epic — 4%
• Legendary — 1%

Rolls are not gated behind real money: the in-game currency is earnable through normal play, and any premium (Patreon) perks are deterministic (e.g. reduced cooldowns, bonus rewards, extra wishlist slots) and never alter the random roll.

5. Premium (Patreon)

Optional premium perks are provided by linking your Patreon account. Patreon is the payment processor — all billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Patreon under Patreon's own terms. We grant or revoke perks based on your subscription status reported by Patreon; we do not process payments or issue refunds ourselves.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or use unauthorized tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• buy, sell, or trade accounts, items, or currency for real-world value (real-money trading);
• disrupt, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts;
• use the Service unlawfully or to harass others.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any virtual items or progress will be preserved.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, virtual items, or progress, arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge (with optional premium perks billed by Patreon), our total liability to you is limited to the amount, if any, you paid for premium in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, for conduct that harms the Service or other users, or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be subject to the courts located in Delaware — except where applicable mandatory consumer- protection law (including for EU/UK users) provides otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the version and effective date above will change, and material changes will be noted in the portal. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
